We are looking for individuals or investors for a Hotel Owners Club. You will own part of Gold Palm Fine Resorts to be
incorporated as Hoteles de la palma del oro S.A. which will be a legal corporation in Costa Rica. This is truly a ground-floor opportunity with earning potential in the billions. No money
is required at this moment, we are simply gauging response to an idea that could revolutionize the travel industry. We would
like to build a core of investors/owners to acquire several properties in Costa Rica that will generate annual return on investments
between 18% and 60%! We have researched the hotel industry in Costa Rica and found a niche we think we can fill. With a shortage
of hotel rooms during their 5 month peak season and a 50% plus nationwide occupancy during the "green season" or off
season, its beautiful mountains, lush rainforests', 5 active volcanos, world famous beaches, and popular national parks, makes
Costa Rica the perfect place to start this venture. Ted has reasearched over 200 prospective properties and analized
the earning potential of the top 100 resorts that appealed to his idea of creating a brand name in the Costa Rica hotel
industry. These 100 resorts are all prices between $400,000.00 and $2,750,000.00 and will be wholly owned by the
Hotel Owners Club. Ted has also located an opportunity to rent a 4 star resort for $60,000.00 up front and $8,000.00
per month. This resort is currently for sale for $6,250,000.00 so the down and rent are less than what a down and payment
would be on a purchase. This property does not fit into Ted Massey's vision of creating a brand name, but it is an opportunity
to acquire a profitable property that will help entice new members to the hotel owners club and start generating a positive
cash flow immediately. The owner needs to rent it before June 1, 2007 and has several people interested in this property. Ted
was the first to make direct contact with him and he has promised Ted first opportunity to rent the property. The
owner is allowing Ted time to arrange financing and thats what this site is about. Ted would like to form a core group
that will finance the start up of his vision. The investor can expect a fair return on their money plus paid vacations. Once
this original core is in place the club will simply convert to a vacation club with no ownership granted. We plan to acquire
as many resorts as possible in Costa Rica before branching out into additional countries. At this point we may even consider
bringing other hotels into the vacation club and start issuing points redeemable at hotels outside of the clubs resorts.
